  8. 1 bunch broccoli (1 1/2 pounds),

  9. 2 pounds green beans, three 10-ounce packages frozen peas, or three 10-ounce containers Brussels sprouts, steamed until tender

  10. 1 bunch(es) (1 1/2 pounds)

  1. In bowl, with spoon, mix margarine or butter with remaining ingredients, except steamed vegetables, until blended. Spoon mixture into a 6-inch-long strip across width of sheet of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Freeze until slightly firm, about 10 minutes.

  2. Roll mixture, covered with plastic wrap or waxed paper, back and forth, to make a 6-inch-long log. Wrap well and refrigerate up to 2 days or store in freezer up to 2 months. Use one-fourth of the butter to toss with one of suggested steamed vegetables for 8 side servings.
