  9. 1/4 coconut

  10. 1/4 tsp pasta jackfruit

  11. 30 g meises for topping

  12. 30 g grated cheese for topping

  1. : 1. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy stiff. Add wheat flour, instant yeast, vanilla, and margarine. Stir well.

  2. Pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until a smooth dough is formed. For the dough into two parts. Add pasta jackfruit on one part and leave the other white. Let stand until dough is puffed and bubbly.

  3. Heat pukis mold that already spread with margarine. Pour batter, grilled to medium heat. Add one teaspoon of meises / grated cheese while half-baked dough. Bake again until completely cooked. Remove and serve warm.
