  5. 2 Eggs Salt and pepper Buns Avocado slices Swiss cheese slices Red onion slices Catsup Mustard

  1. MEALS WITHOUT MEAT, TV FOOD FIXINGS Saute onion celery, carrots and red bell pepper in 1t oil until soft. Cover if desired. Garlic may be added if desired. Add nuts, crumbs, and rice.
