  1. 2 1/2 ounce Sliced mushrooms, canned

  2. cup All purpose flour

  3. cup Butter

  4. 1 1/4 cup Milk

  5. cup Medium sherry

  6. pounds Process cheese, cubed (2 cups)

  7. teaspoon Seasoned salt

  8. 1 pinch Black pepper

  9. teaspoon Ground nutmeg

  10. 2 cans (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained

  1. In two quart saucepan over low heat, stir flour into hot butter or margarine, until blended. Gradually stir in milk, sherry and mushroom liquid and cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in cheese, seasoned salt , pepper and nutmeg until cheese melts. Stir in tuna and mushrooms into sauce. Warm through stirring gently.
