  1. 8 oz Turkey breast

  2. Boneless & skiness 1 tb Low sodium soy sauce

  3. 1 tb Honey

  4. 2 Cloves garlic, minced

  5. 2 ts Oil

  6. 1 c Broccoli florets

  7. 1 c Sliced sweet red peppers

  8. 1/4 c Defatted chicken stock

  9. 1 1/2 c Hot cooked brown rice

  10. 1 minute. Add the turkey and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until opaque. Remove with slotted spoon and keep warm. Add the broccoli and peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Return the turkey to the pan and toss briefly. Serve over the rice. Preparation time:
