  1. 1/3 cup 109g / 3.8oz Corn syrup

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Chicken broth

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Garlic

  6. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Chicken wings

  1. In pan mix first 5 ingredients.

  2. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat & cool.

  3. Put separated wings in plastic cooking bag and lay in pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and tie bag.

  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Arrange chicken wings on foil lined baking sheet and spoon half of marinade on wings.

  6. Bake in 400F oven for 30 min, turn wings and put rest of marinade on and bake another 30 min.

  7. Baste occasionally.
