  2. 4 Eggs

  3. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground mustard

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sweet pickle juice

  7. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - chopped

  8. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Red onion - chopped

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Green olives with pimentos - chopped

  10. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Sweet pickle - chopped

  11. 2 Carrots - grated Green bell pepper - chopped

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Celery seed

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain, and rinse. Set aside. Meanwhile, place eggs in a saucepan, and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. Peel and chop. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry mustard, and sweet pickle juice. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. In a large bowl, combine pasta, celery, onion, olives, sweet pickles, carrots, green pepper, celery seeds, and eggs. Stir in dressing, and mix well.
