  1. 1 can pink salmon (no chum)

  2. 3 green onion s chopped

  3. 2 egg s

  4. 1 medium yellow onion breadcrumb s cornmeal

  5. 1/2 t paprika

  6. 1/2 t dill pinch red pepper

  1. Put salmon in mixing bowl with juices. Remove skin and bones. Add just less than 1 cup of the bread crumbs and green onions. Saute yellow onion and add it to mix with eggs. Stir all ingredients together. Add paprika, dill and red pepper. Do not add salt. Mix well and form into patties. Cover with remaining bread crumbs and add some cornemel and fry until golden brown.
