  1. 6 small chicken breasts,

  2. 150 grams each 1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix

  3. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped Lemon zest, one piece only

  4. 50 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 3 cups vegetable oil

  1. Preparation Cut each breast into 2 thin slices. Mix MAGGI® Coating Mix with coriander, lemon zest and mozzarella. Beat eggs in a bowl. Dip chicken slices in eggs then in coating mixture and place them on a plate. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium heat, deep-fry chicken escalope for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
