  1. 6 larges Very ripe tomatoes (cut into large chunks)

  2. 2 larges Green peppers(cut into 1 inch chunks)

  3. 1 large Onion (cut into thin strips)

  4. 1 Clove garlic (mashed)

  5. cup Chopped parsley

  6. cup Vinegar

  7. cup Water

  8. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  9. 1 teaspoon Salt

  1. This is one my mother had handed down for her childhood in her families victory garden.
