  1. 8 ounces (about a 1/2 of a box) of orzo pasta 2 cups frozen pea s 1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 package (4-oz) garlic and herb crumbled feta

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook orzo according to package directions. When orzo is al dente, remove pot from heat and add frozen peas to orzo in the cooking water. Let sit for 1 minute. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in feta. Serve warm
