  1. 36 ounces organic vanilla or plain yogurt

  2. 6-7 ounces organic apple-and-cinnamon cereal, plus extra for serving

  3. 1/4 cup organic seedless raisins, loosely packed

  4. 1 cup organic apple juice

  5. 4 bananas, split lengthways

  6. Chopped roasted organic cashew, for serving

  7. Organic maple syrup, for drizzling

  1. Drain the yogurt overnight in the fridge, in a strainer lined with paper towel. Soak the cereal and raisins in the juice overnight in the fridge. Serve 2 scoops muesli, 2 scoops yogurt and a banana sprinkled with cereal and nuts, and drizzled with syrup.

  2. Cooks tip: Try organic dried mango instead of raisins.
