  5. 1/2 lb Bean curd

  6. 1 Green pepper, sliced

  7. 1 Leek, sliced

  8. 2 Green chilies, chopped

  9. 3 tb Oil

  10. 2 Red chili peppers

  11. 1 tb Soy sauce

  12. 1 tb Dry sherry

  13. 2 tb Yellow bean paste

  14. 2 ts Sesame oil

  15. Cube the tofu. Wash vegetables. Heat oil in a wok &

  16. fry the bean curd for 2 minutes. Remove & drain. Add

  17. more oil if necessary & stir fry the vegetables & red

  18. chilies for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, sherry & yellow

  19. bean paste. Mix well, add the bean curd & stir

  20. together for 2 minutes. Sprinkle on the sesame oil &

  21. serve with rice. --
