  2. 5 Roma tomatoes , seeded and chopped

  3. 1 whole(s) red onion , chopped

  4. 3 jalapeno peppers , chopped (remove seeds and ribs to lessen the heat)

  5. 3 whole(s) avocados , chopped

  6. 1 cup(s) feta cheese , (more if you like)

  7. 2 whole(s) limes , juiced

  8. 1/2 bunch(es) cilantro , finely chopped

  1. Combine all chopped ingredients except the avocado. Add the feta, salt and pepper to taste, and lime juice. Refrigerate and add avocado just before serving.
