  2. 1/2 to 2/3 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

  4. Garlic salt, to taste

  5. Salt, to taste

  6. Pepper, to taste

  7. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  8. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  9. 2 dozen corn tortillas

  10. 2 frying chickens, boiled, then cut into bite size pieces, save stock

  11. 1 large onion, chopped

  12. 1 large bell pepper, chopped

  13. 1 can tomatoes

  1. Put Cheddar cheese in a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with chili powder and seasonings.

  3. Then spread soups over cheese.

  4. Quickly dip tortillas in boiling chicken stock to wilt.

  5. Layer a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with tortillas.

  6. Add ingredients in the order listed above.

  7. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
