  1. 1 1/2 cups coconut

  2. 3 cups Rice Krispies

  3. 3 cups oatmeal

  4. 1 1/2 cups butter

  5. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  6. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

  9. 3 cups flour

  10. 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  11. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

  12. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and powder, and salt together and add to egg mixture. Stir in coconut, rice krispies, oatmeal (and optional chocolate chips and nuts). Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
