  2. random vegs 4 cups

  5. garlic 2 cloves

  6. tomatoes 2

  7. yogurt 2 tbsp.

  8. heavy cream 1/2 cup

  9. green peas 4 oz.

  10. raisins1/4 cup

  11. blanched almonds 12

  12. dry masala ingredients:

  13. cardamom (ground) 1/2 tsp.

  14. coriander powder 1/2 tsp.

  15. ginger (ground) 1/2 tsp.

  16. red chili powder 1/2 tsp.

  17. turmeric 1/2 tsp.

  1. [1] Boil vegetables (except onions and peas). Drain and set aside.

  2. [2] Melt butter and saute onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, yogurt, and the dry masala, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add wa ter. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream and peas, stirring gently.

  3. [3] Before serving, top with raisins and almonds.
