  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Quick-cooking oatmeal

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Baking soda

  7. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Milk

  8. 2 Eggs

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Yogurt

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sesame oil

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  12. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix together whole wheat flour, bran, quick cooking oatmeal (uncooked and ground fine in a blender), flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl; set aside. In another bowl, beat together milk, eggs, yogurt, and sesame oil. Add to flour mixture and stir to mix well. Heat a large skillet to medium heat; brush with vegetable oil. Pour batter onto skillet. Cook over medium heat about 2 minutes on each side or until the top bubbles; turn and cook briefly on the other side. Serve with honey. This recipe yields about 20 pancakes of 4-inch diameter.
