  2. 2 cups water

  3. 1 tbsp. crab boil spice

  4. 12 ounces lump crabmeat, picked through

  5. 1/4 cup butter

  6. 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  7. 2 cups milk

  8. two 15 ounce cans cream- style corn

  9. 1 cup chopped green onions

  10. 1/4 tsp. salt

  11. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Combine water and crab boil in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and add crab. Simmer 2 minutes. Drain, reserving crab and cooking liquid separately. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Gradually stir in 2 cups milk. Cook, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes until thickened. Stir in crab cooking liquid, corn and green onions. Simmer 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in crab and simmer until heated through.
