    1. 6 Green Bell Peppers

    2. 1 1/2 c Breadcrumbs

    3. 1 c Cooked Ham, Chopped

    4. 1 1/2 ts Salt

    5. 2 tb Minced Onion

    6. 2 tb Butter

    7. 1 1/2 c Cooked Tomatoes

    1. Wash peppers and cut approximately 1" off the top and remove the seeds.

    2. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

    3. Fry pepper tops and minced onion in butter.

    4. When tender, combine with breadcrumbs, ham, tomatoes and salt.

    5. Fill pepper shells and bake in moderate 350F oven for 45 minutes.
