  1. 1 unpeeled apple , diced

  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  4. 1/2 cup crushed pineapple , undrained

  5. 2 cups cabbage , chopped

  6. 2 tablespoons raisins

  7. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  1. In a medium sized serving bowl, mix apples with lemon juice.

  2. Blend tog in a separate bowl, the mayo and pineapple.

  3. Add dressing to apple mixture.

  4. Combine with remaining ingredients.

  5. To make it low cal, use unsweetened pineapple and low-cal mayo.
