  1. 1 box (10 ounce size) frozen green peas

  2. 2 large limes

  3. 8 ounces medium shell pasta

  4. 1 bag (10 ounce size) fresh matchstick-cut carrots

  5. 1 can (12 ounce size) corn kernels, drained

  6. 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced

  7. 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

  8. 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream

  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1 can (14 3/4 ounce size) red salmon, not drained

  1. Place peas in colander in sink. Grate 1 tablespoon peel and squeeze 1/4 cup juice from limes. Cook pasta as directed on package.

  2. While pasta cooks, put remaining ingredients except salmon in a large bowl. Toss to mix well.

  3. Pour cooked pasta over frozen peas in colander to drain (this thaws the peas). Briefly place colander under cold running water to cool the pasta slightly.

  4. Add salmon with liquid, pasta and peas to the bowl. Toss gently to mix and coat.
