  1. 4 ea Pork chops, lean

  2. 1 ts Salt

  3. 1 c Rice

  4. 1 x Flour

  5. 2 c Water

  6. 2 Tb Oil

  7. 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup

  8. 1/4c Water

  1. + Bring 2c salted water to boil.

  2. Add uncooked rice; cook until tender.

  3. Brown floured and salted pork chops in oil.

  4. Add mushroom soup and 1/4c water.

  5. Cover and cook 15 minutes.

  6. Line casserole with rice, cover with chops and gravy.

  7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until tender.
