Sweet Mascarpone And Berries With Marsala

    1. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Mascarpone cheese

    2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Confectioners' sugar

    3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange or lemon zest

    4. 1 Ladyfingers

    5. 1 Strawberries

    6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

    7. 1/4 cup 59ml Marsala wine

    1. Recipe Instructions Beat cheese, confectioners' sugar and citrus zest until smooth and combined, about 2 minutes. Line 4 dessert glasses or cocktail glasses with divided ladyfingers. Mix berries with sugar and Marsala and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Spoon berries into dessert dishes on top of ladyfingers, then top with mascarpone and more berries. This recipe yields 4 servings.
