  1. 1 lb Ground turkey

  2. 1/3 c Chopped onions

  3. 2/3 c Beef broth

  4. 1/4 c Chopped green peppers

  5. 2 tb Flour

  6. 1/4 ts Salt

  7. 1/4 ts Rosemary

  8. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  9. 1 cn 

  10. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  11. 1/2 ts Salt

  12. 1/2 ts Sage

  13. 1 cl Garlic

  14. 1/2 c Cornmeal

  15. 1/2 ts Baking powder

  16. 1 Egg

  17. 1/4 c Milk

  18. 1/2 ts Vegetable oil

  1. In a large, heavy skillet cook turkey in oil (or you can use vegetable cooking spray) about 5 minutes or until lightly browned,stirring to break up the meat. Add onions, tomato sauce, beef broth, sage, salt, garlic, and peppers. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary, egg, milk and oil. Mix well and drop by tablespoons on top of the turkey mix.
