  1. 2 cups 474ml Chicken broth

  2. 2 cups 474ml Water

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Green beans

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Margarine

  5. 1 Vegetable cooking spray

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - thinly sliced

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  8. 1 Egg - beaten

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  1. Heat chicken broth and water to boiling. Add green beans. Cover and boil for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add margarine until it melts at medium heat. Sauteeonion in margarine. Add beans and lemon juice. Stir in egg. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until egg is cooked. Sprinkle with parsley.
