  1. 1/2 lb Ground Chuck 

  2. 2 ts Garlic Salt

  3. 2 Cloves Garlic, minced 

  4. 2 ts Oregano

  5. 1/2 c Onion, chopped 

  6. 1/2 ts Basil

  7. 1 lg Can Cooked Tomatoes (28oz) 

  8. 1/4 ts Thyme

  9. 1 cn 

  10. 12 Oz. Can tomato paste 

  11. 1/4 ts Pepper

  1. Microwave chuck, garlic and onion in Ultra 21 2 Qt. Casserole with Collander for 4 minutes. Pour off fat and transfer mixture to 2 Qt. casserole. Stir in remaining ingred. and cook on half power 18-21 minutes, stirring several times. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. This makes enough sauce to adequately cover 1 Lb. of Spagetti. I always use thin or linquine. —–
