  1. 1 Box yellow cake mix

  2. 1 Box instant pudding; vanilla or pineapple

  3. 4 Eggs

  4. cup Oil

  5. 1 can (10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up

  6. 2 Eggs

  7. 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  8. 1 tablespoon Flour

  9. 1 Stick melted margarine

  10. 1 cup Crushed pineapple including juice

  11. 1 1/4 cup Coconut

  1. PINEAPPLE ICING From: rayna knighton Date: Wed, 10 Jul 1996 07:16:22 +1200 Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is still warm.
