  2. 1/4 cup cold water

  3. 2 cups pineapple, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 1 lemon, juice only

  6. 1 cup boiling water

  1. Instructions Dissolve gelatine in the cold water. Mix together sugar, pineapple, and lemon juice. Slowly add the boiling water to the gelatine, then add the pineapple mixture. Pour into sherbet glasses or glass dish. Put in a cold place or in the icebox. Serve when firm.
