  1. Creamy Egg Nog Pie

  2. 1 (6-serving size) pkg. vanilla flavor pudding mix (not instant)

  3. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

  4. 1 1/2 cups egg nog

  5. 2 TB. light rum

  6. 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped

  7. In medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, nutmeg, and egg nog; mix

  8. well. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Remove

  9. from heat and stir in rum. Cool thoroughly. Beat until smooth. Fold

  10. in whipping cream. Spoon into prepared pastry shell. Chill 4 hours

  11. or until set. Refrigerate left overs.
