  2. 32 ounces yogurt

  3. 2 teaspoons coriander seeds

  4. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds

  5. 1 teaspoon red chile powder

  6. 1 teaspoon chana daal

  7. 1 teaspoon rice or rice powder

  8. 2 teaspoons coconut -- (grated)

  9. 2 teaspoons salt

  10. 1 teaspoon mustard

  11. 1 pinch turmeric

  12. 1 red chile

  1. Fry Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Chana Daal, Red Chile in a little oil.

  2. Grind the mixture with the coconut and add to the beaten yogurt. Add turmeric and bring to a boil.

  3. Stir in rice powder, and heat on low until consistent texture is achieved.

  4. Heat oil and mustard seeds and add to the mixture.
