  1. 5 ounces semisweet chocolate

  2. 2 baking chocolate squares

  3. 1/3 cup margarine

  4. 3/4 cup sour cream

  5. 2/3 cup packed brown sugar

  6. 1/4 cup corn syrup

  7. 1 egg

  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  9. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  10. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  13. 1. Mix semisweet chocolate, baking chocolate, and margarine together;

  14. melt carefully in microwave or over simmering water in double boiler. Allow to cool to lukewarm. 2. Mix sour cream, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla. Blend with

  15. melted chocolates. 3. Blend flour, soda and salt; add the chocolate mixture and blend

  16. 4. Pour batter into 12 paper-lined or greased muffin tins. Bake in

  17. 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from muffin tins and allow to cool on wire racks.
