  1. 1 Cabbage - finely sliced

  2. 1 Onion - finely sliced (large)

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Vinegar

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Honey

  6. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Dry mustard

  7. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery seed

  9. 2 Carrots - grated

  1. Recipe Instructions Place cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Mix together the vinegar, vegetable oil, HONEY, dry mustard, salt, and celery seed in a large pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Let stand for a few hours. Will keep refrigerated for several days.
