  2. 3 Garlic cloves - minced

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Raw shrimp - peeled, deveined

  4. 1 Roma tomato - chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  6. 4 oz 113g Feta cheese - crumbled

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parsley - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oil in a large skillet, and add shallots and garlic. Saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink. Add tomato and oregano and cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley. This recipe yields 2 servings; 3 carb grams per serving.
