  2. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

  3. 1 onion , chopped

  4. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  5. 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

  6. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream

  1. MELT butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. Turn. Add onions and garlic; cook 6 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring onions occasionally.

  2. SPOON rice onto platter; top with chicken.

  3. MICROWAVE sour cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through; stir. Spoon over chicken.
