  1. 1 (2lb) package frozen cubed hashbrowns - thawed

  2. 1 tsp Sea Salt

  3. 1/2c Chopped Onion

  4. 1 can (low-sodium) Cream of Mushroom Soup

  5. 1/2c Melted Butter

  6. 1 Pint Low-Fat/Non-Fat Sour Cream

  7. 2c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  8. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  9. 2c Crushed Cornflakes (not frosted)

  10. 1/4c Melted Butter

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine all ingredients (except cornflakes & 1/2c melted butter) Mix Well Pour into buttered 13x9 pan Combine Cornflakes & remaining melted butter Sprinkle mixture over top of casserole Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Yield: serves 10
