  1. Bengal gram dhal - 120g

  2. Finely chopped shallots - 75g

  3. Ginger (small piece)- 1

  4. Green chillies - 2

  5. Garlic (cloves) - 4

  6. mint leaves -1tsp

  7. coriander -1tsp

  8. curry leaves - 1 tsp each Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

  1. Soak Bengal gram dhal for an hour.

  2. Pound Ginger, Garlic, and Green chillies together.

  3. Powder fennel seeds.

  4. Grind Bengal gram dhal coarsely.

  5. Add all other Ingredients except oil to the dhal.

  6. Make it to small piece and deep fry it in hot oil till its golden brown in colour.

  7. It makes a delicious snack and we can add it to more kulambu.
