  1. 2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  3. 2 tablespoons milk

  4. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled

  5. 8 to 10 sliced hamburger buns

  1. Combine ground beef, salt and milk lightly. Shape into 8 to 10 thick patties. Make an indentation in the center of each by pressing with the back of a tablespoon.

  2. Place in buttered hot griddle or skillet, indentation side down. When nicely browned on first side, turn over. Fill indentation with crumbled cheese. Continue cooking until browned on second side, or to desired degree of doneness.

  3. Meanwhile, toast halved buns.

  4. Place a Blueburger in each toasted bun.
