  2. 1 Teaspoon light soft brown suagr

  3. 1 Teaspoon dijon mustard

  4. 1/4 Teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

  6. 4 1/2 Ounces walnut oil

  7. 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

  8. 1 Tablespoons walnuts -- finely chopped

  9. 1 Tablespoons chopped sage leaves

  1. Arrange the salad leaves on individual plates.

  2. Make the dressing. In a bowl whisk together the sugar,mustard, salt andpepper and walnut oil until wellblended. Add the cider vinegar and whisk again. Cover and leave infridgeuntil needed.

  3. Meanwhile cut each cheese in half and grill under a fairly high heat,cutside up, until melting and just golden.

  4. Arrange on the salad leaves.

  5. Add the walnuts and sage to the dressing at the last minute and drizzleover the salad to serve.
