  1. 4 tsp. Flour

  2. 1 ea Stick of butter

  3. 1 ea Bunch of green onions (chop)

  4. 1 cn Evaporated milk

  5. 1/2lb Swiss cheese (five slices)

  6. 4 T Dry white wine

  7. 1 lb Crab meat

  1. + Directions : Saute green onions in butter until soft. Add 4 teaspoons of flour. Blend together and begin adding cream radually until sauce is smooth. Add cheese, wine and seasonings (salt, pepper, and cayene pepper to taste). Fold in crabmeat very gently.
