  1. 3 oz 85g Sweet dessert wine

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Brandy

  3. 6 oz 170g Matzo crackers - broken up

  4. 8 oz 227g Margarine

  5. 8 oz 227g Granulated sugar

  6. 2 Eggs

  7. 2 oz 56g Cocoa powder

  8. 2 oz 56g Chopped walnuts

  1. Recipe Instructions Sprinkle wine and brandy over broken matzos and let stand 10-15 minutes. Cream margarine and sugar, then beat in cocoa and eggs. Add softened matzos. Spread nuts evenly over a sheet of waxed paper. Spread mixture evenly on top. Roll like a Swiss roll with nuts on outside. Chill overnight. Serve thinly sliced.
