  2. 1 1/2 cups red cocktail sauce

  3. 6 lettuce leaves Thin lemon slices for garnish

  1. Cut Wisconsin String cheese into pieces, each approximately 2 1/2 inches long. Portion 1/4 cup red cocktail sauce into 6 serving containers. For each portion: Set filled serving container of red cocktail sauce on a lettuce leaf on plate. Arrange 6 pieces string cheese around container of cocktail sauce. If desired, garnish with thin lemon slices.
