  1. 450 g 1 pc, pat-dried

  4. 25 g 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix Sauce for Plum & Soybean Spare Ribs

  5. 2 1/2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  6. 1 tsp Water

  7. 1/2 Cup Corn starch

  8. 1/2 tsp Sugar

  9. 1/4 tsp

  1. Mix the fish with marinade. Add shredded ginger. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until done. Drain off excess liquid and discard the ginger. Sprinkle shredded green onion on top. Pour over hot oil and serve hot. Saute red chili, pickled mustard cabbage and shredded green onion in 2 tbsp oil. Stir in sauce mix and heat through, pour over fish to serve.
