  1. 2 cups 474ml Plain lowfat yogurt

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Ripe avocado - diced (small)

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Cubed seeded pared cucumber

  4. 5 Fresh mint leaves - (to 6) (or 1/2 tspn dried mint leaves)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  7. 1 cup 237ml Cracked ice Additional mint leaves - for garnish

  1. Recipe Instructions In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. This recipe yields 4 servings.
