  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Halibut - swordfish or tuna Fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces

  2. 1 Onion - thinly sliced (medium)

  3. 3 Garlic - finely chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Finely chopped gingerroot

  5. 1 Frozen asparagus cuts - (10 ounces) thawed And drained

  6. 1 Sliced mushrooms (3 cups) - (8 ounces)

  7. 1 Tomato - cut into thin wedges (medium)

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Reduced-sodium soy sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions 1.Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add fish, onion, garlic, gingerroot and asparagus; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until fish almost flakes with fork.

  2. Carefully stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through and fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with additional reduced-sodium soy sauce if desired.

  3. Serving: 140 calories (20 calories from fat); 2 g fat (0 g saturated); 50 mg cholesterol; 350 mg sodium; 11 g carbohydrate (3 g dietary fiber); 22 g protein. Does fresh asparagus sound good?
