  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dark sesame oil

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Scallions - white and light green parts (medium) slice thin

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Finely chopped unsalted peanuts - (cooked)

  1. Combine all the above in a small bowl - simple isn't it!

  2. Asian Cook Book Sate I generally add more tamarind or lemon juice and more chilli or sambal to the peanut sauce recipes.
