  1. 1/2c Granulated sugar

  2. 1/3c Cocoa

  3. 2 tb Cornstarch

  4. 1/8ts Salt

  5. 1 3/4c Milk

  6. 2 Egg yolks,slightly beaten

  7. 1/4c Medium white wine

  8. 2 ts Vanilla

  9. 1/2c Whipping cream

  10. 1 tb Medium white wine

  11. 1/4ts Ground cinnamon

  12. 1 tb Powdered sugar

  13. 1/4ts Vanilla

  1. + Directions : Mix granulated sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in nilk gradually. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Mix egg yolks and 1/4 cup wine. Stir at least half of the hot mixture gradually into egg yolk mixture; stir back into hot mixture in pan. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons vanilla. Pour pudding into 4 dessert dishes. Cool slightly; refrigerate until chilled. Mix cream, 1 tablespoon wine and the cinnamon in small mixer bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until soft mounds form; spoon onto pudding.
