  1. Minced lamb 1/2 kg

  2. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  3. Coriander Powder 2 tsp.

  4. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  5. Chopped

  6. Mustards seeds 1/2 tsp.

  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.

  8. Onion 1

  9. Chopped (Curry leaves a few)

  10. Ghee 2 tbsp.

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Grind Coarsely:

  13. Grated Coconut 2tbsp (and)

  14. 1 tsp. cumin seeds.

  1. Cook the minced lamb in one cup of water, with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and one chopped onion, until the meat is tender.

  2. .Heat ghee in a fry pan add the other chopped onion and curry leaves, sauté well and mix into the cooked minced lamb.

  3. Add the coarsely ground coconut and cumin seeds paste, cook until the meat is dry.
