  1. 1/4 cup sour cream

  2. 1/4 cup olive oil

  3. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  5. 1 tablespoon dry white wine

  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1 (1/2 lb) package fresh cheese tortellini

  8. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  9. 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

  10. 1/4 cup chopped green onion top

  11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

  12. 2 tablespoons drained capers

  13. 4 ounces smoked salmon , cut into thin strips

  1. Whisk sour cream, oil, juice, Dijon, wine and pepper together.

  2. Chill until ready to use.

  3. Cook tortellini until al dente; drain.

  4. Transfer to bowl.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and toss to coat.

  6. Add onion, onion tops, dill and capers; toss again.

  7. Cool.

  8. Add salmon and enough dressing to coat and toss well.

  9. (can be made 8 hours ahead; cover and chill.). ?
