  1. 3 egg yolks

  2. 6 egg whites

  3. 50 gm ice water

  4. 150 gm sugar

  5. 1 tbsp cake emulsifier

  6. 1 tsp baking powder

  7. 80 gm cake flour

  8. 20 gm cocoa powder

  9. 60 gm cornflour

  10. 75 gm melted butter Filling:

  11. 400 gm Nutella Icing/Frosting:

  12. 1 packet of Dream Whip

  13. 1/2 cup of whole milk

  14. 2 tbsp icing sugar

  15. 1 tsp vanilla

  1. Preheat oven at 400 f. Grease and Line a swiss roll pan 10" x 15" with greased proof paper. Whisk all the ingredients except the melted butter until double and stiff. Add in melted butter and whisk to mix. Pour into prepared pan and put to bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until top is brown(do not overbake) On a slightly damp kitchen towel, dust with confectioner's sugar. Overturn pan on to kitchen towel and remove pan and greased proof paper. Trim edges and roll tightly using the towel to aid the rolling. When cake is cooled, unrolled and spread with Nutella. Rolled it back tightly and leave in the fridge to set. To prepare the icing/frosting: Beat all the ingredients together until stiff. Frost the cake as you wish Serves
